Registration fee will not be charged from participants of WIHU member organizations.

Pen, notepad, etc. in the congress bag. Such materials will be delivered to the participants at the congress center.


Badge and Pocket Program

The badge to be delivered will be used during the congress. The pocket program, which is placed in the badge holder for easy access, will also be delivered during registration.

Our congress will be held in Ankara, at the Hilton Garden Inn Gimat Ankara Hotel.

Tax excluded.

Accommodations will be in the concept of breakfast and dinner during the congress. Lunch will be provided within the scope of congress participation. Accommodation will be in bed/breakfast concept for stays outside the congress days.

10:00 Departure From Hotel to Ankara Kalesi

Ankara Castle is an historic fortificat ion in the city of Ankara Turkey , constructed in or after the 7th century. The earliest fortification on the site was constructed in the 8th century BC by the Phrygians and rebuilt in 278 BC by the Galatians . The castle was rebuilt or renovated under
the Roman Byzantine Seljuk , and Ottoman empires.

10:30 – 11:30 Ankara Kalesi Hamamönü

Hamamönü is a historical region located in Altındağ district of Ankara province. Ruins within the borders of Hacettepe Neighborhood. The 19th century civil architecture examples of historical buildings in the region were restored and the region was revived. Hamamönü is named after the Double Bath, which was built by Karacabey, one of the Bayındır tribesmen of the Oghuz tribes, a Turkish tribe. The historical Karacabey Bath is located here. Mehmet Akif Ersoy Park, where the National Anthem is written, and Mehmet Akif Ersoy Museum House are located in the park.

11:30-12:00 Ulus Melike Hatun Mosque

The mosque is in the old quarter of Ankara, popularly known as Hergele Meydanı. It is situated to the east of Atatürk Boulevard and Gençlik Parkı, the largest public park in Ankara. Its architect is Hilmi Şenalp. The ground area of the mosque is 3,600 m2 (39,000 sq ft). It has enough room for 7000 prayers. The diameter of the dome is 27 m (89 ft) and the maximum height is 47 m (154 ft). It is a four-minaret mosque. Each minaret has three balconies (Turkish: Şerefe), and the height of each minaret is 72 m (236 ft).

Cancellation Policy

If the participation and accommodation cancellation is notified until 20 November 2022, the full registration fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for registration and accommodation cancellations made after this date.

All refunds will be made at the end of the congress.
